Your Personal Invitation to the Beaches-East York Annual General Meeting
The reality is that the activities of an EDA (Electoral District Association – also known as a Riding Association) can make the difference between whether a riding is represented by a Liberal or not. When every seat counts, every association counts. In turn, the role of each volunteer on an association takes on great significance.
That is why we enthusiastically and wholeheartedly welcome your attendance and participation at our upcoming AGM, which will be held on Sunday, December 9, 2012 – starting at 2:00 pm – at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 11, 9 Dawes Road.
The more new and active members we have in our association AND the more committed and passionate our Executive Officers, the more citizens we’ll be able to reach out to in 2013 and the more productive, fulfilling and enjoyable our work together will be. At the end of the day, it’s all about making our society better by improving the lives of others – the very core of what being a Liberal is about. The best way to achieve that? With members who are willing to roll up their sleeves, embrace new ideas and do what needs doing.
